Daniel M. McGilloway, Jr.

Of Counsel · CPA, CVA

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst with extensive experience in accounting, taxation and business consulting, including litigation and forensic services. Dan has consulted with numerous clients in tax planning, business strategic planning, and the purchase and sale of businesses. He has been appointed by the Superior Court to assist as a referee in several litigated matters and has done mediation work in disputed contractual matters.

Gerald C. Ray

Gerry Ray brings over 40 years of professional experience in audit, accounting, and taxation. He has worked with companies large and small, from Los Angeles to Monterey County. Gerry’s area of preference is taxation of all sorts. He enjoys working in partnership with clients, helping them find a clear approach to work through any situation.

Patricia Kaufman

Patricia Kaufman’s 30 years in accounting span the agricultural, governmental, nonprofit, construction, and service industries. She furnishes financial and compliance audit services and tax services, and engages in peer reviews of other accounting firms and provides leadership to the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Patricia is a member of the CalCPA Peer Review Committee.

Jacinto Acosta Bernal

Jacinto has over 15 years of experience in the accounting profession with experience in auditing, internal controls, governmental accounting and reporting, workers compensation, sales tax, payroll, real estate, property management, and taxation. He has been Controller for privately held businesses, served as consultant for numerous accounting and internal control issues, and represented his clients in regulatory audits from agencies such as CA Department of Real Estate, CA Employment Development Department, and CA Franchise Tax Board.
